Ingredients

For the slaw:

  • 2 cups green cabbage
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 2 green onions
  • ¼ cup cilantro

For the dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt or Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

For the slaw:

  • Thinly slice the cabbages, carrots, onions and cilantro, and place in a large bowl.

For the dressing:

  • Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat all the vegetables.
