Ingredients
For the slaw:
- 2 cups green cabbage
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup carrots
- ¼ cup onion
- 2 green onions
- ¼ cup cilantro
For the dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon celery salt or Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
For the slaw:
- Thinly slice the cabbages, carrots, onions and cilantro, and place in a large bowl.
For the dressing:
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat all the vegetables.
