Place the nori in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely ground.Scoop into a mixing bowl.
Place the chickpeas in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until chopped finely but they still have some texture. Don't over process or you will end up with hummus.Add to the mixing bowl.
Add the artichoke hearts to the food processor and pulse until they resemble the texture of canned tuna.Place into the bowl with the chickpeas and nori.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on sandwich bread, pita, or on top of your favorite greens.
