This healthy and refreshing Frozen Mango Lassi is lusciously thick and creamy. Made with just mangos, plant-based yogurt, plant based milk, and a pinch of cardamom, this is a lovely frozen drink to make all summer long!

Ingredients
 
 

  • cups mango cut into chunks and frozen.
  • 1 cup plant based yogurt
  • ½ cup plant based milk I used flax
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • maple syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the yogurt and milk in a blender. Add the frozen mango chunks and cardamom and blend until smooth.
  • If you want the lassi a bit sweeter, add maple syrup or sugar to taste.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
