This healthy and refreshing Frozen Mango Lassi is lusciously thick and creamy. Made with just mangos, plant-based yogurt, plant based milk, and a pinch of cardamom, this is a lovely frozen drink to make all summer long!

1½ cups mango cut into chunks and frozen. 1 cup plant based yogurt ½ cup plant based milk I used flax ¼ teaspoon cardamom maple syrup to taste
Place the yogurt and milk in a blender. Add the frozen mango chunks and cardamom and blend until smooth.
If you want the lassi a bit sweeter, add maple syrup or sugar to taste.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
